So again take a look at the number 16 in your problem. It is simply dividable by 256. You an also take our "x^2" because it is another common term. So you take out 16x^2(x^2-16) ... Now this can be simplified one more time! (x^2-16) can be broken down to (x+4)(x-4) so all in all you get 16x^2(x+4)(x-4) Hope that helps!
