use a calculator to find a decimal approximation for each value. Give as many digits as your calculator displays.

But I dont know how to plug it in calculator... I got two different answers

the first way looks like this 1/cos(183.8= 1.002203376
and the second way I did like this cos(183.8= 0.999 which is the correct way?

So first of all, you have to convert 183°48' degrees. By doing so, you should get about 183.8 degrees. Then you need to remember some trigonometry properties. You should know that cot is opposite of tan. So on your calculator you can use the option tan^-1 then plug in 183.8 and you should be able to get your answer.

I mean is not cot is cos sorry.. and the opposite of cos is SEC so it should but my calculator doesnt have a sec bottom

You can just do cos^-1 on your calc. Works the same as sec.
