A construction company is building a new neighborhood. Throughout the neighborhood there is exposed dirt. What will MOST LIKELY happen to the exposed dirt?

Hi...Not sure what class this is for but my best suggestion would be that if there is exposed dirt in a construction zone, that dirt is at high risk of being wind-blown and causing problems with the surrounding communities. That is why silt-fences(those orange fences around construction sites) are required around some construction sites to both minimize airborne pollution and save top soil. In addition to the silt-fences, it is typically required to wet down construction sites so that the topsoil is less likely to be blown away. Hope this helps! :o)
