I need some topics for jokes I have a talent show coming up but I need to make them. Just topics!!

If the talent show if for your school, maybe come up with some jokes that relate to your school. And when in doubt, you can always tell some knock-knock jokes.

Well, it's for you school, so we have to stay appropriate. (¬‿¬) Maybe some pop-culture gags that everyone might understand? I'm not sure what the age group is going to be, but if it is high school, pop culture jokes would work, even in middle school they might work. As @mewmew12 said, you can never go wrong with a really funny knock-knock joke. You can also try some jokes that relate to school. Maybe do some puns that relate to a subject you like or even hate. An example would be "One cell thought he was in love with another cell, but then he realized their love was in *vein*" <-- see what I did there? ;D

You could also use Self-Deprecating jokes, which is basically where you make a joke about yourself. I think that these types of jokes would be the most effective, even more effective than the pop culture jokes. Also, avoid these types of jokes:

- Sexual Jokes
- Sexist Jokes
- Racial/Ethnic Jokes
- Religious Jokes (as in jokes on religious events/things)

I am a bit iffy on whether you could use stereotypical jokes or not, but I guess you can as the stereotypes are not racial, sexual, or religious. :)

ALSO, this is a Spanish kind of joke, but I find it more entertaining than knock-knock jokes even though it is similar. You can try to do something called "¡Camarero, camarero!", but the english version. Try to make it sound funny, here is an example of English waiter jokes:
