productivity help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The weekly output of a fabrication process is shown below together with data for labor and material inputs. Standard selling price is $125 per unit. Overhead (OH) is allocated at the rate of 2.5 times direct labor cost and 10% of material cost. Assume a 40-hour week and an hourly wage of $16. Material cost is $10 per foot. What is the average multifactor productivity? Report four significant figures. Hints: similar to problem on page 59. Calculate the M.F. Productivity for each week then take the average Numerator and denominator are both expressed in $, so your answer has no units (just a number). Denominator factors include: labor, material, OH(labor), OH(material)

@satellite73 could you help me at all?

You didn't attach the data. It should probably come in some form of a table. I had a feeling something is missing, because there is no information about the rate units are produced.. I found a similar question here: http://aphischolarship.weebly.com/uploads/1/0/3/3/10331158/chap002.rtf Look at question 62. it is very close to what you have. You can see it comes with a table of data below.
