could i ask a medication question here? if i can, heres my question: how many Ibuprofens (IB 466) can you take? I read that you can take up to four dosages, but I took three all at once. Is this a serious problem where I need to contact a doctor?

No my dad just went on a call about that when a man tried to kill himself but he called to late as a lethal dose is more than 4 so you should be fine just if you feel safer getting checked up on you should be fine but if you do over dose call 911 with in a 12 hour spand. Good Luck!!!

Its says 3200 mg/daily. 

If you take 4, then you are at 3200mg. Its not a problem if you only did it once. But, if you did it everyday, then you might get liver failure.
