If you take your pencil and move over with time and up to the line, did the runner's velocity go up, down, or stay the same? In other words, after 5 minutes, the velocity was 1m/s. What was the velocity after 10 minutes? Once you know the velocity at 10 minutes just ask yourself the question, "is the velocity at 10 minutes exactly the same as it was at 5 minutes? If your answer is yes, the runner's velocity was constant, if your answer is no, I think you know the right answer! :o)
