Depends how you use them . Para can mean for someone if your saying "El libro es para ella" it means the book is for her . But if you say "Ella va para la tienda" its means she going to the store.... Im not sure which 1 your looking for. And depending on how you use "Por" it can mean for or by

When learning words, try to learn everyday appliances : Fork, Spoon, Bed, TV, Fridge, Etc. You can do this by taping note cards on the appliance with the spanish word. Also, when your talking, try to say sll the words you know in spanish by speaking spanglish....
