Here is what I think..I would try the easiest way. I would look at their answers and eliminate obvious wrong answer. I know that the product of the constants (5, and 2) must result in a -10 and I see that Mariah and Roger got a +10 so they are wrong. That leaves only Jane and Nethan.
It's jane :)
I know that the product of the 5 and x must be +5x and only Jane came up with that.
This I know seems a lazy way, but it works.
