16 line poem about yourself, can anyone help? I suck at poems

Sometimes, I find that a free verse poem works well for this kind of thing. If you like reading and peanut butter and have a pet dog, for example, you could have something like:

Surrounded by books
A small wet tongue
In a shaggy mouth
Licks the peanut butter
Leaving my fingers bare.

Sometimes, poems don't have to make sense in the way that a sentence does. That's the nice thing about free verse: There aren't really any rules. You could write the same sort of thing like this.

Peanut butter
A treat for me
But my dog likes it too.
Not good for books.

If you don't want it to be about your likes, dislikes, family members, pets, etc. you can do a memory too. Good luck!
