can you explain ?

OpenStudy (science_ally):

here's the link

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

x/x^3=1/x^2

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

4x*x=4x^2

OpenStudy (science_ally):

I don't understand can you explain those ?

Nnesha (nnesha):

still need help ?

OpenStudy (science_ally):

yes plz

Nnesha (nnesha):

okay lest do first one for first one you have to divide f(x) by g(x) \[\huge\rm \frac{ f(x) }{ g(x) }\] what is f(x) into the question ??

OpenStudy (science_ally):

umm idk

Nnesha (nnesha):

http://prntscr.com/66l8iy

Nnesha (nnesha):

in the question they gave u that f(x) = something and g(x) = something :)

OpenStudy (science_ally):

o so f(x)=2x and g(x)=3x^3

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes right so replace f(x) by 2x and g(x) by 3x^3

Nnesha (nnesha):

|dw:1424244613204:dw| like this so we can substitute 2x into f(x) and 3x^3 into f(x)
