Solve the Inequality. y + 6≥9

OpenStudy (openstudyrocks5*):

@iGreen.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y + 6 ≥ 9 9 - 6 = 3 y ≥ 3

OpenStudy (yolo_king):

\[y \ge 3\]

OpenStudy (openstudyrocks5*):

You just blew my mind there silver. Thanks

OpenStudy (britanyashton):

Solve this like an algebraic expression, doing the same function to one side as the other. However flip the inequality sign only if you are dividing by a negative number in one of the functions. Right here, I don't see that happening therefore the inequality sign isn't doing to flip.

OpenStudy (yolo_king):

Pretty self explanatory from there...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha no problem :)

If I have more inequality questions I know who to go to as a 2nd choice :)
