Because OS always lags. New accounts have more lag because they were just made. You can wait it out for a while. After a few days the lag will be mostly gone.

But it will always come back.

Me too, I've been a member for a little over a month. It's also because the OS people are adding new updates and trying them out.

They would probably have to shut down some servers to test updates. I don't know much but you can message a mod or admin about it.
