Hello there!
I'd note the difference between the endings for:
Ud. (this is short for the SINGULAR formal: *usted*) --> -e
Uds. (this is short for the PLURAL formal: *ustedes*) --> -en

So, here are all the endings again:

(yo) -o
(tu) -es
(el/ ella/ Ud.) -e
(nosotros/ nosotras) -emos
(vosotros/ vosotras) -eis
(ellos/ ellas/ Uds.) -en
