Well let's look at A. -7x=y first plug 3 into x and -21 into y and you get -7x3=21 is that correct?

I think it would be because if you take -7 and multiply it by 3 you get -21. Anytime you multiply a negative number by a positive number you get a negative number

Then B. if you take -21 and divide it by 3 you get -7. Anytime you divide a negative number by a positive number you get a negative number. So A. and B. would be your correct answers. : )
