For cardiovascular exercise, The American College of Sports Medicine recommends all BUT which one of the following? Should occur three to five days per week. Should be 20 to 60 minutes in duration for each workout. Intensity should be based on breath rate. Should be within your training zone based on target heart rate.

Intensity is not based on breath rate. It's based on heart rate. Go to a gym and you will see heart rate charts not breath rates.
