Just Checking a Answer. This should be easy guys. Cindy asked her friends how many times they had watched a particular movie, with the results of 1,0,1,3,2 and 7. What is the mean of this set of data without the outlier. 1.4? 1.75? 2.3? 2.8? I Think its 2.3 am I right? if not explain

@iGreen @Raygirl18

your right the answer would be 2.3 because 1,0,1,3,2, and 7 equals 14 and divide that by 6 it would be 2.33333333333333 which in short terms would be 2.3

OpenStudy (openstudyrocks5*):

Yeah that's what I got 2.33333333333333333 so I figured 2.3 @~cuddle_monster~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep if you dont think its right then an easier way is put them all in order from least to greatest then add then divide

OpenStudy (openstudyrocks5*):

K Thanks
