find the angle a

1. sin a = 1/sqrt 2
2. tan a = 1/sqrt 3
3. tan a = sqrt 2
4. cos a = 1/2
5. csc a = 1/2
6. cot a = 1

There are known values of angle 'a' for certain values. for eg. sin 45 = 1/sqrt 2. Hence, a =45 in the first question.

For other lesser known values, we use trigonometric tables. i.e.
sin a = 1/sqrt 2
=>a= sin inverse (1/ sqrt 2) . Now look for the corresponding value in sine table.
