y-intercept where line cross y -axis

Nnesha (nnesha):

at what point line cross y-axis ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0,1.1 and -0.6,0 You have to count the points where the lines intersect the axes

Nnesha (nnesha):

x-intercept where line cross x-axis when y = 0

OpenStudy (superflytyguy):

y intercept = (0,1.1) x intercept = -0.6, 0

Nnesha (nnesha):

\(\huge\color{green}{{\rm y }-\rm intercept}\) is where line cross y -axis when x = 0 \(\huge\color{green}{{\rm x}-\rm intercept}\) is where line cross x-axis when y = 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If your point is ON the y-axis when you are trying to find the numbers then since (x,y) the x will always be zero. same with x-axis, if it is on the line then in (x,y) the y will always be 0
