you need all angles equal to have it be regular
Can you post the original question? Do you have a diagram to go with it to show "the" hexagon? A hexagon does not have to be regular, equilateral nor equiangular.

nope
In geometry, we use little lines like those to say that the measures of the lengths are identical, for example, for a parallelogram, we could draw |dw:1424398997541:dw| to mean that opposite sides are equal, but adjacent sides are not. You can use this information to solve the problem.
