So basically, find where x = -4
and then slowly go down and find the point where it intersects the line. The point should be (-4, y)
and we are looking for y :)

4?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i ment -4
TheSmartOne (thesmartone):
So first lets find where x =-4
That would be at the point (-4,0) but that isn't on the line so we have to find when x still equals -4 and also at the same time has a point that is on the line
