as more draws are made all marbles would iend to get close to their expected probability
for example as there are 5 of the 40 marbles are red the prbabilty of drawing red in one draw is 5/40 or 1/8 so after say 96 draws the expected number of draws would be 12
15 whites are the exact number expected I think the experimantal probabilty of whites will likely stay the same
