How do the "sessions" relate to actual class sessions?  I noticed that there are 100 sessions in the OCW course that span 39 total lectures.  How do you decide how many "sessions" to do in one sitting?

It depends on how much work you want to do.  But as a benchmark, each lecture is divided into a handful of sessions, and they probably had 3 lectures per week.  So maybe 15 sessions per week is a reasonable rate ?

Thanks.  I noticed that the lecture number shows next to the session so I can watch a one lecture at a time much like a live class would work.
