Bret had a rectangular piece of plywood with dimensions x feet and 10 feet. He put a frame along 15 feet of the edge of the plywood. The equation represents the perimeter of the frame EXCLUDING the the frame. 2x+20 represents the perimeter INCLUDING the frame. 2x...I think is the sum of the widths.
