No this site is not for getting that type of connection I dont beleive you'll get a tutor although @saifoo.khan does offer tutor lessons but not on skype and it might take a day for a reply =/ check out his profile

thanks guys, I just hope this tutoring thing happens soon.  I am a good student, but having someone who is knowledgable is alot easier than researching for 12 hours before I take a silly quiz in fear of failing it!  I appreciate your concern!
