The bump button on any of my posts doesn't work. I'll click the button, and it'll say that it bumped to the top, but it never does. :/ What do you do about something like that?

I looked at it again, and instead of bumping or staying where it already was, my post went further down the list. :/  But I usually don't ask questions, so it's not a big deal.  I just thought it was odd that my stuff wasn't bumping.

Not much of a glitch. More to do with errors. When you bump the question, often other people can see it being bumped, and it'll get knocked down the list because it hasn't registered on your end. Once you validate a ping, there can be server lag. This is where things get messy and it may take awhile for everything to be adjusted and visual on your behalf. 

So, for example
- You send a Bump Command
- Your question gets bumped, but you cannot see it because YOU ARE lagging behind, or there is an error with your account at a particular moment 

This can be solved by refreshing, or exiting and coming back. Your question may be further down than it was before because people have asked questions and bumped their own question above ours' before you could view it. 

Now, sometimes the bump doesn't work becuse of server lag. It could take awhile for everything to register. If this happens, be patient. It'll validate eventually.
