Assume that the wavelengths of photosynthetically active radiations (PAR) are uniformly distributed at integer nanometers in the red spectrum from 665 to 680 nm. What is the variance of the wavelength distribution for this radiation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[var = \frac{ (680-665+1)^2 -1}{ 12 } = 21.25\] this is my answer, but i am not sure if it is correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is correct.
