Is this true or False? If false, may you please tell me which word belongs in place instead? A place on the ocean floor where one tectonic plate sub-ducts below another is a (t or f?) MID-OCEAN RIDGE. @Compassionate @undeadknight26 @Abhisar

Is it false, and is this the answer? Crust is consumed in subduction zones. When two plate move together, one of them must slide under the other one. This is called subduction.

Hey there and welcome to Openstudy! If you need anything please contact me! The answer to this would be FALSE I believe because a Mid-Ocean Ridge is: a long, seismically active submarine ridge system situated in the middle of an ocean basin and marking the site of the upwelling of magma associated with seafloor spreading. An example is the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. TBH: There is a posibility i am incorrect so i would say this this has a 75/25 percent...Positive/Negative
