Find a quadratic model for the set of values.

(–2, –20), (0, –4), (4, –20)
A. y = 4x2 + 4x + 2
B. y = 2x2 - 4x + 4
C. y = 4x2 - 2x - 4
D. y = -2x2 + 4x - 4

please explain to me how to do this ik the answer is D but i just want a full explanation
