OpenStudy (kaylala):

Should i visit the school's guidance councilor or a psychiatrist? I feel sad. Everything adds up. My (really) bad school performance. Socially unsupportive family and environment. I've got anxiety too. Etc

In my opinion, I think you should go psychiatrists beacause they are tend to be nicer than guidance counselors. As you said, you also have anxieties, so you would prefer to talk to someone who is expert talking and making people comfortable. However, if you know your guidance counselor and you feel comfortable talking to him/her, then it is better if you talk to him/her first before going to psychiatrist but if you don't, then go to the other option. I may be biased because I never had a good relationship with my 'guidance' counselor, so I'm just sharing what I think you should do but the deicision should be yours. :)

Yes, or build confidence enough to ask someone for therapy (I know how anxiety feels, it can be hard to ask for things) You can do it, I believe in you!

OpenStudy (kaylala):

I'm afraid that my 'records' during the guidance counceling would be shared to my teachers and worse, parents @Data_LG2

OpenStudy (kaylala):

TRUE, it's hard to ask people or approach @epicjellypanda

Very. I wish you the best of luck <3
