Using algebra I, figure out the equation for the graph of Resistance vs Temperature. Since the relationship is linear simply plug your given value into the equation of the line.

OpenStudy (shamim):

We know the equation (Theta-0)/(100-0)=(2300-3840)/(190-3840)

OpenStudy (shamim):

Theta=?

OpenStudy (shamim):

Response plz for more clarification!!

OpenStudy (monsterisenergy):

@NoelGreco @shamim thank you very much, but I honestly need an explanation in more depth. I'd appreciate if you showed me HOW you got this equation/ draw the graph and show me EACH step please, I am horrible at physics xD

OpenStudy (shamim):

Ok i wanna try to explain!!

OpenStudy (shamim):

Anyway i m frm an android phone. So its little difficult to some equation!!

OpenStudy (shamim):

Thevequation is (Theta-0)/(100-0)=(Resistace at theta degree-R0)/(R100-R0)

OpenStudy (shamim):

R100=resistance at 100 degee celcius temperature R0=resistance at 0 degree celcius temperature

OpenStudy (shamim):

Resistance of a semiconductor decrease when temperature increase!

OpenStudy (shamim):

Thermistore is made frm semiconductor

OpenStudy (shamim):

I wanna explain more if needed!!

OpenStudy (shamim):

medal!!

OpenStudy (monsterisenergy):

Thank you so very much I understand now!!! Have a good day.

OpenStudy (shamim):

Glad to help!!!
