Find the cosine ratio of angle Θ. Hint: Use the slash symbol ( / ) to represent the fraction bar, and enter the fraction with no spaces. Triangle ABC is shown. AB measures 4. BC measures 5. CA measures 3. The angle formed at point C is marked theta and angle A is the right angle.

Can someone please help?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

My Suggestion is to draw the triangle and label the sides |dw:1424630972734:dw| then you should know that cos = adjcent/hypotenuse so write the the cos of the angle using the given measurements

I have no idea what to do.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

math is about thinking...do you have any thoughts?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you give me a second, yes I am thinking.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So would it be 4 divided by 3 since you divide the hypotenuse by the Adjacent

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

what measurement in on the side labeled hypotenuse... and what measurement is on the side labelled adjacent?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I thought 4 was hypotenuse, and 3 was adjacent
