I know what Rational and Irrational Numbers are. Rational is perfect square, Irrational is imperfect square.

yes `a square root of a perfect square` is rational, but not only.

Rational number
1) Q/P where Q or P can be decimals or whole numbers (but not roots)
2) Integers (negative and positive whole numbers such as -51, 3, 20)
