check my answers how many solutions does this system have? x-3y=2 y=-2x+5 A. 2 solutions b. infinite solutions c one solutions no solution my answer @Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):

nope that's not right :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do i solve it?

Nnesha (nnesha):

there are many ways to do it first one substitution elimination graphing <-- easy one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i will try that here is another one what is the slope intercept form of this equation 4x+2y=6

Nnesha (nnesha):

slope intercept form is y = mx + b where m is slope and b is y-intercept so you have to solve for y

Nnesha (nnesha):

first subtract 4x both side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 4 x 4 = 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4 x 6 = 24

Nnesha (nnesha):

nope subtract 4x both side |dw:1424674776965:dw| not multiply
