Number's 2 and 4 would possibly describe an ambi. Ambi's are nothing to special. (if you ask me) The only thing that makes them stand out Is there (A). Other than that badge there just like you and me. There purpose is to welcome new users and make them feel like there wanted. There supposed to represent OS and try to show new users why OS is great. (I rarely see an ambi helping new users other than in feedback and that's usually when they post something off topic. The only ambi's that do there job about 80% of the time are @Compassionate  @jigglypuff314  @sammixboo  and the new ambi who came back @jamierox4ev3r 

More regular user do an Ambi's job then an actual ambi. Giving them power would be pointless and even more hated by some users because there supposed to be just that, Regular users! There not getting powers and I doubt they will. Creating inequality between new and old users with ambi's is a bad idea.
