A function will not have 2 or more x values that are the same. They can have 2 or more y values that are the same, just not the x ones. Now look at your points....they are set up like this (x,y) Look at all the x values....which one has no repeating x values ?

For instance, look at D....it IS NOT a function because 2 of its x values are -1 and a function cannot have 2 or more x values the same.
