This is obviously not the case, because I did the same thing. A moderator actually came over to my thread. He/She did not close it, so that just goes to show that people are being unnecessarily rude. Either that or I'm extremely lucky.

@KyanTheDoodle I am not sure if you feel I was being rude or not. I want to clarify that being rude or a douchecanoe is not my intention. I was merely warning her before someone decides to report her for spam. Personally, I don't have anything against her. Really, I don't I think it is pretty awesome she is asking for volunteers from real people. But I am saying some people wouldn't see it like that and would give her a harder time than it is really necessary.

It is on wattpad. It is basically a self-authoring community consisting of 30 million people world wide. I have an account there. People (in my experience) are really nice. I even found some common grounds with them which is out passion of storytelling.
