What is surface area...... :)

OpenStudy (ilovewolf):

Okay are there answer choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

her answer choices are in the question ^^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually in that one you would have to find the area of each side first since they are not given

OpenStudy (k_lynn):

When you find the surface area of something, you find the area of all the sides first, and then add them together.

OpenStudy (ilovewolf):

Oh, then I got confused... sorry :l

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whats the answer then? lol

OpenStudy (ilovewolf):

@k_lynn help......

OpenStudy (k_lynn):

@ilovewolf First find the area for that triangular part that is shaded. Then multiply that product by 2 because you can see across from it is another triangle. Shaded Part: http://prntscr.com/697fbt The Other triangle: http://prntscr.com/697fzp So what is 8x6?
