If a triangle has two equal sides is it equilateral, isosceles or scalene?

OpenStudy (academicgurusinc):

That would be Isosceles. Remember, when two sides are equal to the each other that makes it isosceles. If all sides are equal that is equilateral and if none of the sides are equal that would be scalene. Hope that helps.
