I think European conquest the Middle East is it. But that is not during the very first Crusade, though.

They were travelling through Constantinople, and other cities conquering everything on their way. Most memorable to event from it is how Crusaders conquered Israel, and started killing Jews (and Muslims), when before Crusaders everything in Israel was perfectly fine.
