No, It's not A. Anti-Federalists were against the constitution. I would say B. The Federalists supported the constitution whole-heartedly. And they drafted a number of essays and papers known as the "Federalist Papers" saying so, and saying why. "The people who supported the new Constitution, the Federalists, began to publish articles supporting ratification. Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay eventually compiled 85 essays as The Federalist Papers."
