so you know your dimensions of the little square already.. now to think about the big one. so youre given 7in from the left edge to the intersection of the 4 inch line
the base of the little square is from the intersection of that line to the end, so the length of the base for the big rectangle would be?
this would be the 7in plus the remaining length which is a given value
