i did it on pencil and paper so i cant sorry but i just graphed out the coordinates and then connected them

You can count the lines on the graph for a better measurment

yes i can cross out kite and rhombus.
i know the answer is either rectangle or square but from my graph i can't tell cause it looks like it could be either one but i am inclining more towards rectangle
