I have to create a brochure on the "Indiana Department Of Child Services" and I need opinions from an "audience" so, how do you feel about Foster care?

I think foster care is often talked badly about, like when the child's foster parents don't care enough or the child just doesn't like the situation; although I don't have any personal experience. Obviously, if the situation of having to be put into foster care could be avoided altogether, that would be great. But considering whatever circumstances occur (abuse, neglect, illness, etc.), sometimes it's necessary. I would just hope for the child's sake that the foster parents are open-minded, and have plenty of time and devotion to give.
