Which statement best explains why German leaders were irritated with colonialism in Africa? They believed the colonization of Africa was immoral and illegal. They feared that maintaining German colonies in Africa would be too expensive. They knew that Germany was too far away from Africa to have colonies there. They were angered because Germany had fewer colonies in Africa than Britain or France.
