Hey there! This would be better if you just reported the situation, and if nothing happens, kindly DM a moderator about it :) They don't like it when people publicly name and shame a user.

A few of your best options are too
a) report the user BUT do not tell him that you did
b) message the user and tell him about he CoC nicely, if you can't do it nicely, message a fellow ambassador like me because we are forced to be nice :P
c) message a mod
