Which sentence has the correct subject-verb agreement? Either too much rain or too much snow make the level of rivers rise. Either too much rain or too much snow makes the level of rivers rise. I believe it's the first option but i want some feedback.

I think you are correct but I would say the 2nd one. But you may be right on the 1st one :)
