It is c because read the sentence. There is no verb in the sentence. I'm sorry @inowalst, you are right. usually i try to explain the answer and get the asker to get it right on their own. I agree, and I apologize. If you decide to break the rules like I very stupidly did, please explain why.

It's alright. No worries. I just tell people so they don't end up getting in trouble with mods and then they get suspended.
