C. Trans fat. Because Trans fats can increase the risk of getting heart disease and/or stroke.
Trans Fats- these are the unhealthiest. Whole grains are sources of fiber, seafood is full of Omega-3 fatty acids (good for the heart), and lean meats are the good parts of the meat (with the protein, etc.) without the useless fats that are merely stored.
