Hey can anybody help me answer these 4 and a half questions? 1. Find the westward component of a resultant vector 85.42 unit, 23degrees W of N 2. What is the east component of a vector 12.3 m, 10.0 degrees N of E 3. Calculate the N component of a resultant 32.5 m/s, 35.0 degrees E of N 4. You move 26 m at an angle of 40.0 degrees W of S. (a) How far south of your starting point are your (in other words, what is the S component)? (b) How far west are you?

whoops let me spred them out so its easier to look at 1. Find the westward component of a resultant vector 85.42 unit, 23degrees W of N 2. OpenStudy (shamim):

Can u draw for question 1.

OpenStudy (shamim):

Do u know P=R*cos thata Q=R*sin theta

OpenStudy (shamim):

P and Q r component of R

OpenStudy (shamim):

Theta is an angle between P and R

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can, but i'm unsure if its a similar problem like yesterday's, if you remember that or not. like am i using the same formulas and drawing for the component that i was to find the resultant from before? Also no im unfamiliar with that
